Sharing good news. Anyone age sixteen or older is eligible to receive the Coronavirus vaccine at this time. The Allegheny Health Network is currently only scheduling appointments for the Pfizer-BioNTech (age sixteen and older) and Moderna (age eighteen and older) two-dose vaccines. A number of first-dose appointments are available at the upcoming Pittsburgh Mills clinic on Tuesday, April 20. Additional clinic locations also have scheduling availability. Sport Physicals (for students entering grades 7 thru 12) will be offered at the Lincoln High School’s Health Office by Dr. Cole on: Wednesday – June 9, 2021 & Wednesday – June 16, 2021 Cost - $10.00 If you are interested in having a physical at the high school you may obtain the forms from the Athletic Director’s office, your School Nurse or on the District Website under Departments & Services>Health Office. The completed form and $10 payment must be returned to the LHS Health Office starting May 1, an appointment will be scheduled at that time. Forms will not be accepted before May 1, 2021.
