Secondary Technology Education Position

A Lawrence County School District is searching for a contracted secondary technology education facilitator/teacher.   Pennsylvania Technology Education PK-12 Certificate required. Candidates must have a strong background within STEM and operation of a traditional industrial arts shop with emphasis on constructing STEM projects at the 7th-12th grade level. The applicant will be able to foster a collaborative work environment to nurture STEM technology integration across disciplines and grade levels with regard to the junior/senior high school building.  Strong background within in the engineering field preferred. Only full applications will be accepted which includes letter of interest, resume, standard PA application, college transcripts, three letters of reference, valid PA certificate, and current ACT 34, 114, 151, 168 and PDE-6004 under ACT 24. Instructional Aide Positions
 
Instructional Classroom Aide– To assist in the special education classrooms, general education classroom and other duties as assigned.  20 Paraprofessional hours are required.  7 hour position with benefits. Teaching Certificate is required, special education certificate is preferred.

Day-to-Day Substitute Position
 
Ellwood City Area School District has partnered with Kelly Educational Staffing (KES) to provide day-to-day substitute teachers.
 
 
Minimum Requirements:

PA state clearances, Act 126 Mandated Reporter Training, and TB test results

Teachers: $85.00/day

Active PA teaching certificates and inactive teaching certifications will be accepted. If you or someone you know holds a Bachelor’s degree, contact the local Kelly branch to learn more about emergency certification.
